Job Description

We are looking for a Test Architect, ideally your background will be development and you will be passionate about test automation. You will have excellent stakeholder engagement skills and have the ability to translate complex technical solutions in a non-technical way. You will be able to look at the bigger picture and design multiple ways of solving problems. Requirements * Working across multiple, globally distributed Squads and third parties to ensure testing and quality are embedded in their processes * Work within the senior leadership team to ensure strategic direction enables a high-quality delivery mechanism * Working closely with the Head of QA to ensure a consistence of approach * Define approaches to testing in unique projects * Define and coordinate the building of test automation frameworks (both functional and non-functional) * Define and building automation of critical parts of the pipeline, particularly in the automated provisioning of test data and environments * Supporting developers to build tested solutions and assisting in the building of automated development practices * Support the role out and use of test automation with multiple Product teams (Squads) * Advise to other teams on how they can refine their test approaches (including developers) * Coach, mentor, train and promote testing, test automation and Quality practices within the organisation * Coordinate and drive the Test and QA Community of Practice * Supporting less senior SDETS in both technical and consultancy skills Benefits Its not all about the work!
