Job Description

Support Worker - Young Adults Location - Virginia Water Salary - £17,732 p.a. About the service - this is a transitional service supporting young adults with learning disabilities. Your role is to support the service users with life in the home and out in the community. Activities include visits to a day centre, rock climbing, canoeing and going to the cinema. We need candidates who can drive and use of own vehicle. We have multiple positions available and want to hear from anyone with a minimum of 6 mths experience working with a similar client group. Hours - This service runs on a split shift basis consisting of (7am-10am, 3pm-8/9pm and 8:45pm-7:15am. However this is subject to change.
