Founded in 2012, Powtoon now comprises of over 100 employees with a global offices in London, Tel Aviv, San Francisco & The Philippines. A Customer Support Champion is at the heart of what we do and were looking for someone who will go out of their way to delight our members. Our mission is to give the best experience possible to our users. Youll join our team at our offices located in central London. Responsibilities: * You'll be handling our members queries over email, live chat and social media. * You'll be troubleshooting, performing triage and executing on user requests. * You'll be the voice of our members, representing their needs to the rest of the business. * Youll be spotting patterns and trends in the queries we receive and escalate priority issues per client specifications. * You will be communicating these with examples and context to other teams in the business, including product and engineering teams. * You'll be Identifying sales opportunities to convert free users into paying customers Requirements * Experience working in for a SaaS/Web/Tech company- MUST * Experience of delivering customer care by email through Helpdesks (Wix Answers, Zendesk, Freshdesk etc.), as well as live chat- MUST * Native level written & spoken English - we really care about grammar and hitting the right tone- MUST * Salary is depending on experience and is 22-25k Annual A bit more about you: * You get a genuine kick out of helping people. * You go the extra mile and want to make each and every interaction with our users count. * Youre positive, calm and composed under pressure. * Youre able to step back from your day-to-day tasks to see the bigger picture. * Youre able to receive and give constructive feedback Great to have: * A recommendation from an existing Powtoon team-member Benefits * Fully serviced office in Central London (working from home during Covid-19 pandemic) * Weekly Happy Hours & monthly team lunches. * Macbook - fully loaded!
