Residential Children's Home - Support Workers - Full time, Part time, Bank, Wake in nights. Carbrey Care provides a safe and secure home settings for Children up to the age of 18. The role: Support Workers are part of a team who, along with the Registered and Deputy Managers, create a nurturing home environment so that the children feel safe and secure enabling them to start the journey into adulthood feeling empowered to lead a rich and fulfilled life. . Hours: 40 hours per week including evenings, weekends, sleep ins and waking nights where required. Benefits: *Excellent rate of pay from 10.00/hour career graded progression scale rising to 11.05/hour * Sleep-in allowance (69.76 per night + 12.07% holiday pay paid) * Fully paid induction and ongoing training as required * Free enhanced DBS check (you must register for DBS Update once received) * Paid mileage * Permanent contract, full and part time and bank hours available * 30 days paid holiday (including bank holidays) *Company pension scheme Qualifications: QCF/NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care in Children and Young People, the equivalent or working towards. All staff must be over the age of 21, and hold a full UK driving license, or equivalent.
