You'll be passionate about delivering world class experiences, have a strong vision for what great experience is and have the knowledge and background to follow and why not build processes and procedures to bring that vision to life. As a Community Champion you are the link between Lyvly and the Community. On a day to day basis you will be: * Building connections and relationships with members * Managing tickets connected with maintenance and building issues * Welcoming new members, and helping them through their Lyvly journey * Managing members leaving on a very positive note and building the alumni community * Ensuring the delivery of great experiences throughout the journey which will lead to member retention * Liaise with the in house Operations Team to address any issues / requests * You will be encouraging members' events, interactions and socialising. * Be active and visible within the community * Organising and attending house visits * Receiving member's feedback and creating action plans around it * Connecting members locally and across the wider community * Create opportunities for member's engagement and community expansion * Keeping members up to date of what is happening in their homes on a weekly basis Requirements As an ideal candidate you: * Have a proven successful customer experience background - you know and believe the customer is the heart of the company and the business and love building this into the product * Have an understanding of the rental market and issues within homes * You see and understand the importance of the 'little things' in people's lives * Are able to work as a team to manage all member communication to successfully resolve issues, connect with members and engage the community * Have exceptional listening, communication and organisational skills * Will go the extra mile and are happy to work overtime to get things done * Are calm under pressure and be able to adapt quickly to meet the needs of members in the community. * Have exceptional organisational skills and are able to juggle multiple tasks * You've got great written and oral communication skills, know where to put a comma, and are great at reading people's tone over email or phone. * Is available to work any of the 7 days of the week, and on a varied range of hours.
