Overview
Job Description
Our client, a global leader within their field, is currently looking to recruit an experienced Financial Controller into their growing finance team which is based near to Salisbury, Wiltshire. What will the role involve? * Reporting directly into the Finance Director whilst managing a team of five direct reports. * Day to day finance management, cash reporting, overhead control and balance sheet reconciliation. * Monthly reporting and forecasting. * Coordination of budgets and 5 year plans. * Statutory audit management and tax liaison. * Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and procedures. * Supporting non-finance areas of the business with key financial information to aid key decision making in order to achieve the wider business objectives. Suitable Candidate: * A qualified Accountant with experience of financial control within manufacturing environment. * ERP systems experience . * Experience of dashboards and data analytics. * A track record of making changes and implementing processes.
