This means that they are a name trusted by the UKs leading supermarkets and service providers. The ROLE They now require a QA Manager to join their close knit management team in the Boston facility. Managing a relatively small Quality team who work on a Continental shift pattern you will be responsible for meeting, both site and customer expectations, around quality and food safety. This is an operational "hands on role" based predominantly in the factory, you will report into the Technical Manager who is responsible for the customer facing activities. Duties include; *Management of the Quality Management System (QMS) *Responsibility for internal audits to BRC standards *Managing a small team of Quality Operatives *Lead the HACCP team The CANDIDATE Our client is looking for strong team player with the desire to learn and forge a career, experience within a similar environment is essential.
