Responsibilities: You would support our UK business as well as Research & Development sites and Manufacturing Plants across Northern Europe, to drive corporate reputation both internally and externally for the Company. With responsibility for the development and deployment of the company communications strategy for Northern Europe, your responsibilities will include Agency Management, Budget Management, Content Creation & Campaign Development, Media Relations & Executive Communications, Social Media & Digital Support, Issues & Crisis Management and Citizenship (Community Impact, Diversity & inclusion, Environmental Sustainability). To find more information about our benefits package take a look here: Qualifications Requirements of the Role: Top Graduate Talent: minimum bachelors degree required (business management/communications related field advantageous but not essential) Minimum 2 years' experience in Company Communications/Brand PR (in house or at an agency) Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal in English. A Nordic language would be advantageous: alternatively a second European language (beyond English) would be a plus. Working under pressure is common in this role so you should feel comfortable with change/flexing to meet the demands of this exciting job.
