We've been busy building a best-in-class logistics network that allows us to delight customers by speeding up deliveries, adding services, and reducing damage using our own physical, asset-based warehouses. This is a particularly exciting opportunity due to it being a brand-new role, meaning that there is the scope to design and implement new ways of working for the London operations, whilst working closely and partnering with our other sites in the UK. What You'll Do: * Must be comfortable repeatedly lifting up to 30 kg unassisted and maneuvering a product 60 kg unassisted or via team lift. * Provide direct input into the existing user tools and make recommendations for improvements based on your everyday experience. * Able to work independently and in a team. * Work effectively with peers and managers. * Identify the most efficient way to complete assigned tasks and ask clarifying questions when appropriate. * Perform additional responsibilities as assigned. What You'll Need: * Comfortable repeatedly lifting up to 30kg unassisted and moving product 60kg unassisted or via team lift. * Must be flexible and able to work 5 out of 7 shifts when required (including weekends) * Team player with strong, consistent work ethic. * Experience in Distribution or Logistics is an advantage. * Comfortable with scanning technology. * Able to read and comprehend English to ensure your safety and the safety of those working around you. * Able to provide proof of identification and employment eligibility.
