Salesforce Developer

Xe.com is a high traffic site with around 250m visitors every year. We are looking for an energetic and ambitious salesforce developer to join a brand new team to tasked with improving the customer service and sales experiences. We are undergoing a global digital transformation of which Salesforce is a key pillar. Developing new products and more efficient ways to meet stakeholder requirements you will be working in a fast past and rapidly changing environment with a complex and varied workload. Working with the Salesforce product owner your primary focus will be Salesforce development and integration with third-party services. You will be working with other engineers and developers, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality products is essential. What You'll Do * Develop customised solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goals * Manage daily support and maintenance of internal Salesforce instance, and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements * Communicate with project managers, clients and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment * Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully * Interact directly with clients, managers and end users as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customised applications and interactions with internal Salesforce instances * Collaborate with various internal departments, including marketing, product development and operations, to ensure Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance Requirements * Minimum five years of Salesforce application development * Self-motivated and creative * You'll have developed numerous integrations into back office applications and systems. (Salesforce connect is beneficial) * Experience of design and development within the Salesforce application environment (Apex Classes/Controllers, Triggers, Salesforce Object Query Language, Salesforce Object Search Language, Visual Force, Lightning Components and Salesforce APIs) * Financial industry background is desirable. * Certification: Platform Developer 1 (essential), Platform Developer 2 (desirable) Benefits * Up to 70,000 depending on experience plus on-target 10% bonus * 23 days holiday (increasing with service 1 day per annum, capped at 28 days, plus additional birthday day-off) * Able to buy/sell an additional 5 days holiday * Group pension plan 4% employer contribution * Euronet Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP) * Healthcare Insurance Scheme, Income Protection Scheme, Life Assurance Scheme * Critical Illness Cover
