Temporary Clinical Lead / Deputy Nurse Manager Ref: LDS/1102 £32,500 per annum (Subject to Pay Review) Benedicts, Wetherby 37.5 hours to be worked over 7 days, including some evenings and weekends. This post is initially offered on a temporary basis for up to 4 months. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to move in to a management role. Our nursing service currently provides support to adults with learning disabilities and complex health needs. The service is also registered to provide end of life nursing care. The successful candidate will support the Registered Manager with the safe and effective management of the service and ensure consistently high levels of clinical care are delivered to our service-users. The post holder will work closely with the Manager with responsibility for the staff rotas, assisting the manager in managing the house budget, team meetings, PDRs, appraisals, arranging rota cover and continuing staff development. The ideal candidate should also be highly motivated and feel passionately about providing high quality nursing care with excellent health outcomes for clients.
