Job Description
Hague Personnel is currently recruiting a Mobile Bodywork Engineer on a permanent basis in the Ipswich area. We are recruiting on behalf of our client who is an award-winning manufacturer of temperature-controlled vans, rigids and trailers. General duties to include but not limited to; * Attend call outs to carry out mobile repairs on vehicles manufactured and distributed by our client i.e. warranty work, general repairs and maintenance * Use of company van to travel to and from jobs * Use of company tablet to pick up jobs and register as completed when finished * To adhere to health and safety always * Ensuring all work is carried out to a high-quality standard * To provide a professional service to customers * Use of hand, air and power tools to repair vehicles * Repairing or replacing all external body work, tail lifts, internal racking, shelving etc. This position will not involve any mechanical repairs. Please note if successful training will be held at our clients Head office in Lancashire and will last around 1 - 2 weeks. Previous experience repairing vehicle bodywork is essential to be considered for this position. Applicants must hold a full UK drivers' licence and have plenty of experience using hand, air and power tools. The success candidate will have good knowledge and experience in repairing vehicles and will be able to manage own workload. The core hours are Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4pm although flexibility is required to meet customer needs. To apply please submit your CV.
