The purpose of the Healthcare Solutions & Partnerships (HS&P) team is to help establish Boston Scientific as a leading Healthcare Solutions provider by engaging in long-term partnerships with customers, providing them with products, services and solutions which are differentiated and tailored to their needs. The core objectives of this role is to support and drive implementation of new/early design solutions (non-commercial and commercial) within the Cluster. Partner with the relevant EMEA solution manager to provide regional field requirements and recommendation to ensure the test phase of the new solutions. Act as delivery SME for all solutions / modules in test phase partnering with R&D site. Key Responsibilities Early Solution Project Execution * Project lead to develop, direct, and execute plans for Test solution projects * Partnering closely with the Solution Manager to review progress of test projects against design criteria and standards; recommends appropriate revisions. * Participates in the planning, execution and finalization of projects according to strict deadlines, within budget while designing organized and repeatable procedures * Compiles and analyzes operational, test and research data to establish technical specifications designed or modified Solutions/Processes. * Partner with Solution Manager and Education & Clinical Manager to design and deliver cross regional training of solutions tested * Provides outstanding customer experience to support on-going collaboration and references. Collaboration and Execution: * During design phase provides consultative recommendation for MVP test and specifications and tool kit. * Execute tests for new solutions within cluster, gather learnings and best practices and solution delivery costs to ensure compliance to solution business case. * Act as SME support in build phase to field and Delivery team and local counterpart to local stakeholder in pilot accounts. * Productises tools and methodologies which are scalable and replicable across other projects, building the delivery playbook for new solutions developed * Supports the Solutions Manager in developing content for offering evidence and track record with input on project deliverables and outcomes * Track and report on key project metrics, aligned with overall goals & objectives of solution implemented * Supports Business Unit Director on new/early solutions as needed. Role Requirements * Minimum 10 years professional experience including project management in healthcare industry. * Demonstrated experience in hospital environment * Understanding of cluster healthcare environment * Exceptional customer focus, strong ability to adapt, solution oriented * Outstanding communication and presentation skills, simplify complexity * Project Management Certification, lean and six sigma. * Analytical skills to resolve complex issues in creative ways. Clear thinker, strong problem solving skills, comfortable in challenging existing practices and the status quo. * Excellent Collaboration skills and team player * Rigorous, strong execution mind-set, structured and organised * Change oriented, able to operate in an area of uncertainty and with changing/limited resources. * Proven experience of successfully working within cross border or virtual teams. * Relevant Bachelor degree or MSc (preferred) in a technical or clinical subject * Fluency (native or equivalent) in English and at least one other Language of the cluster * Willing and able to travel frequently * Role to be based in cluster * Willing and able to travel 50% + Are you up for a rewarding challenge?
