Qualifications You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a CAREGiver. However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. This could be personal experience of caring for a family member or voluntary experience. If you have an NVQ / Level 2 or above in Health and Social Care you will recieve a welcome bonus after you complete probation. Access to reliable transport is essential for this role due to some rural locations of clients. Additional Information Why should you choose Home Instead Senior Care as an employer?
