Job Description
INDEED REF: #CERJA I have been asked to look for a Learning Support Assistant / Teaching Assistant to help support students on an intervention basis. The role will begin in September 2020 and candidates will be required to work on a 1 to 1 basis, assisting students with their written and practical work. Depending on experience, the role would either be part or full-time. The ideal Learning Support / Teaching Assistant will maintain a high standard of teaching and support in order to keep students on task and ensure that progress is made. It is essential that you have experience working with secondary school-aged children. To be considered for this position of Learning Support Assistant you must have: *Experience of group management of 11-16 year olds; *Shown commitment to learning and development of pupils; *Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with staff and students.
