Summary The Irishman, Aladdin and Terminator: Dark Fate are all recent examples of ILM projects that have used pioneering facial capture technology to transform actors' performances into the characters you see on the cinema screen. Would you like to be part of that movie magic? Face Cap is going to be big Get in early on the exciting and pioneering world of facial capture and photo realistic humans in visual effects with our state of the art in house facial capture technology. Be a part of the magic Capturing an Actor's performance, successfully transferring it into a live asset and seeing that performance rendered provides a nice reward as if done right...tricks the brain into believing it is real. Develop your skills for your position in Face Cap or further afield * Interrogating facial performances in terms of required expressions and artifacts in the solves. * Gain the skills to be able to fix problems through 3d sculpting and proactive workflows. * Learn the pipeline and become adept in problem solving. * Learn about cameras, lenses and camera solves. * Become familiar with live assets and facial rigs.
