Job Description
Summary of Role Willis Towers Watson (WTW) Information & Cyber Security (ICS) requires a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Identity and Access Management to ensure the maturity and effective operation of the organisations Identity & Access Management (IAM) controls. As a highly experienced SME in IAM Compliance you will be responsible for ensuring IAM controls are functioning in accordance with regulatory requirements and are producing a commensurate reduction in risk. You will co-ordinate between the IAM Programme, and other Governance Risk and Control (GRC) 'pillars' to scope requirements and uplift the maturity of how the IAM function. You will report to the Global Head of Identity & Access Management. The normal working base location will be Reigate. This will be a 12-month fixed term contract with opportunity to extend. The Role + Be the operational lead for priority IAM control requirements + Engage with both Internal and external audit agencies, the IAM Programme and other GRC Pillars + Track control maturity + Ensure efficiencies with regards to IAM controls mapped to various regulatory and IA requirements + Produce timely metrics to support governance reporting requirements + Produce innovative plans on how to be more proactive to regulatory challenges as an organisation + Respond to priority requirements as directed by the Head of IAM/Director GRC The Requirements + Excellent business engagement skills + A general understanding of privileged accounts + High level understanding of applications and use of service accounts + Broad understanding of CyberArk + Rich experience in general IAM controls around password management + Educated to degree level or equivalent experience + Preferably holding one of the following qualifications: ISO 27001 LA/LI, CISSP, CISM, (although not essential) + Sound experience in compliance + Experience of working within a Global Financial organisation (desirable) Equal Opportunity Employer
