Job Description
Prestige Nursing + Care Wakefield are seeking full time, dedicated and passionate Home Care Assistants to join our local branch in Wakefield. You will work delivering person centred, specialised care to your clients in their own homes on a one to one basis. This will enable you to maintain a clinical and supportive overview of your client We are looking for Carers who can build positive relationships with a range of clients and their families as we understand the importance that we play in their lives. Rate of pay: £9:00 - £12:00 Care Assistant Responsibilities include: * Provide personal care and support to vulnerable adults * Administer medications as and when required * Document and maintain accurate records of care provided * Be sensitive to the needs of people from a variety of backgrounds * Be punctual, courteous, and reliable.
