Finance Manager FP & A

About the Position: The EMEA & Global FP&A Manager is key to the quarterly business reviews and annual planning processes. Working closely with Global FP&A Director and GTM Finance VPs this person is responsible for the EMEA forecasting processes for both opex and bookings. In addition, this role provides global FP&A Analytics plus assists in the global planning process. Responsibilities: * Support FP&A Director in forecasting, reporting, planning and ad-hoc analysis primarily around sales achievement and pipeline but also margin, headcount and opex. * Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis to the Global Head of Sales Operations * Working with the shared services team to produce EMEA Opex forecast, plans and analysis * Global headcount tracking and affordability analysis * Manage the global quarterly business review process * Produce EMEA Management packs and analysis for all hands and board meetings * Manage the EMEA POS forecasts * Run and manage the EMEA forecast process * Work closely with Shared services team and provide coaching as appropriate. Minimum Qualifications: * Ideally accounting qualification (ACA/CIMA/ACCA, but others considered) * Experience of FP&A, Business Partnering and/or Financial Analysis * Experience of building relationships across different countries. * Good Excel skills.
