We are looking for Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join a leading childcare provider in the RH16 area. The setting strives to ensure that each child in their care receives the best possible start in life and is equipped with the lifelong skills that are at the core of their future learning. Their emphasis is on learning through play which they know is the most effective way of creating a sense of excitement and curiosity for learning. You will be joining a team that have the motivation, experience, training and attitude necessary to provide quality care and education to children from birth to five years. They invest in their staff to ensure you receive continual training, quarterly supervisions, annual appraisals and offer a career path with long term stability. Hours: standard hours are 38 hours across a 4 day week, but opportunity to work up to 47.5 per week across 5 days Age group: 3 months - 3 years What are we looking for? * Level 3 qualified * Promoting positive relationships with children, parents and fellow staff * Being a key person and carrying out responsibilities in forming and building relationships with your children and their families according to the EYFS * Ensuring high standards of health, safety and wellbeing of the children * To actively encourage children's progress in all areas of development, types and stages of play through a child centered approach * Support the beliefs of the setting to ensure we create an inclusive environment that promotes open and equal opportunities for the children * A detailed understanding of the EYFS and a commitment to providing high quality childcare are essential As a staff member with this setting you can expect a competitive salary, excellent training and development opportunities.
