Job Description
At Protected.net, our mission is to provide simple but effective cross platform cyber security tools. Our suite of applications is supported by Windows, Mac, iOS and Android operating systems. We have grown rapidly since launching in late 2016 while keeping a very lean team. As a company we have achieved a number of industry accreditations which include Microsoft certification and passing independent virus tests. You'll need to possess great team-working skills and adaptability are essential in all areas of this role, along with a desire to enhance your knowledge of key trends in technology. This opportunity will give you great exposure to new technologies and approaches to software development. The ideal candidate will be someone who is comfortable working in a fast paced environment and is ready to hit the ground running. So, what does the role entail: * Building cross platform applications * Developing software using technical and functional design requirement provided * Updating software to include new features * Work on a variety of projects on multiple platforms * Opportunities to learn new technologies and languages on multiple projects within the group We look for people with the following skills: * C#, WPF, .Net is essential * MVC * HTML * CSS * Xamarin Mac / IOS are a considerable advantage but not essential * Understanding of Git version control * Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads * BSc in a computing related subject to a level of 2:1 or equivalent Location: Segensworth Salary: 35,000 - 50,000 per annum (DOE) Protected.net offers an extensive benefits package, including daily breakfast, lunch and snacks provided on site, team social events, Netflix & Spotify vouchers, access to Skylark Golf & Country Club with a generous dining allowance and spa discounts, BUPA Healthcare and Peak Assessments, Company Pension scheme and length of service awards.
