Job Description
We are looking for someone passionate and creative to join our software team in creating innovative conversational AI products for customer service. Collaborating with the product and engineering teams, your responsibility will involve designing and building multiple platform frontends, client dashboards, as well as visualisation tools for our virtual assistants. Over the next 12 months you will be: * Joining our software team, and have a direct impact on our customer-facing conversational AI products. * Designing and developing frontends of our virtual assistants - web interfaces or iOS applications. * Building client-facing dashboards to display business intelligence. * Prototyping and developing visualisation tools for our AI assistants. Minimum Requirements: * BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. * Experience in web technologies (object-oriented JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and experience with HTML5 and CSS3. * Experience in either React or VueJS framework. * At least 2 years of experience in frontend development building internal tools or customer-facing applications. * Working proficiency in verbal and written English Preferred Requirements: * Experience in iOS development such as Swift or objective C. * Excellent problem-solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills; ability to work with minimum guidance. * Experience with professional software engineering best practices, such as coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, and testing * Having a user-centric mindset and caring about UX/UI design PolyAI aspires to lead the digital transformation of customer services through our conversational AI technologies.
