Job Description

We are currently recruiting motivated and interested Bank Band 3 Support Workers to work within the Specialist Learning Disability Division at our Whalley site. There is an opportunity for successful candidates to work within the women's service or in the male care pathways across Medium, Low, Stepdown and Enhanced Services. The post would be suitable for people with positive values and a desire to make a difference in the lives of people with a learning disability with a forensic history. Full induction and on-going support is provided. You must be flexible in your working practices and must have sound values towards people with learning disabilities, mental health issues and autistic spectrum conditions. You must utilise a person centered approach whilst implementing and supporting care plans for the individuals in your care.
