We're looking for a driven and experienced Continuous Improvement Project Manager to join our team, which takes responsibility for optimising and fine-tuning the performance of our MHE robotics. While you will technically be head office (Hatfield) based, you will predominantly be working at our CFC in Erith, with regular travel to other sites both in the UK and internationally as required. Flexibility with regards to travel is therefore integral. How you'll spend your days... * Leading detailed investigations into specific MHE failure modes and implementing solutions * Driving the process of conducting root cause analysis of hardware, software, integration and process failures using structured problem-solving techniques * Managing and supporting rollout of software and hardware solutions * Requesting and maintaining budgets for CI programmes * Providing weekly reporting through meetings, written reports and presentations (up to Director level) We want you to have... * Proven hands on project management experience in an electrical/manufacturing/mechanical environment * Knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems * Experience of the Product Development lifecycle * Reporting and visualisation of data - Tableau, Kibana * Experienced practitioner of using structured problem-solving methods (e.g. SS/LSS/8D) * Formal qualifications in Problem solving methodologies * Understanding of SQL - preferably experienced with BigQuery, however any variant of SQL is acceptable * Ability to analyse big data using statistical analysis tools What we can offer you...
