We are looking for an Upgrades Executive to help us spread the word of our amazing products to our existing customer base! THE ROLE Our Upgrades Executives are a vital link between the Sales Department and Customer Service, consisting of making sales to existing customers. You will work within the Customer Care Team, speaking to our current customers to refresh relationships and ensure their continued satisfaction! You will be advising our customers of potential benefits to covering additional products with us. You will need to utilise sales techniques, objection handle and observe regulations to ensure a solid upgrade whilst treating our customers fairly. To be an ideal candidate for this role, you will understand how to maximise sales whilst delivering the best customer service imaginable living and breathing our core values along the way. TRAINING All training will cover everything you need to know to succeed! This ranges from learning about our brands and products, to in depth training on sales and retention techniques. We want you to be the best our training is designed to make sure you are 100% confident and capable to succeed. Training doesnt stop when you start your role. Your Team Leader and Head of Department will monitor your performance and tailor ongoing training to you. You will receive ongoing support throughout your time with BIG with excellent opportunities for career progression in a fast-growing independent firm. HOURS 37.5 hours per week, Monday Friday. We value a work-life balance, so we think your weekends should be your own! REQUIREMENTS A minimum of 1 years b2c sales experience is required. Experience of selling to existing customers would also beneficial. Our ideal Upgrades Executive is motivated, enthusiastic and target driven all whilst being empathetic to customers. A confident, clear and friendly phone manner is a must!
