One of our biggest focuses as an organisation is providing continuity of care so that our clients always see the same team of CAREGiver's each week to ensure stability and maximise their wellbeing. The role can be very varied including help with the preparation of nutritional meals, assisting with medication, supporting clients with their morning routines, taking them out shopping or to appointments and just providing encouragement and confidence to our clients to help them achieve things they may think are no longer possible. We match you with your clients so that you have something in common to share and talk about. Building relationships is the foundation of everything we do and forms the basis of the difference you will continue to make day after day. You will have your own transport - this will enable you to take our clients out and about should they wish and of course to enable you to travel between clients.These may include travel between Emsworth, Bosham, Havant and Hayling. Qualifications: You must be - kind, reliable, flexible (times of your availability - work is typically a fixed pattern but to build that we need options! - and to where you will travel to locally). The right attitude (Can Do!) is completely key. You need a listening ear - our clients often like to chat, please be comfortable with good conversation and something of interest to say. Everything else - we will teach you. We have a Princess Royal Training Award so we are good at training!
