Job Description

LiquidMetrix is seeking an experienced Software Build Release Manager to join a growing development team to deliver robust, modern web solutions for the business. The position provides the opportunity for a chosen candidate to help further develop the LiquidMetrix product suite by testing and delivering cutting edge greenfield development to the marketplace. + Working with Product Management delivering high quality web functionality + Liaising with Development Teams to develop and enhance existing CI/CD Pipeline + Help develop testing methodology, hands on involvement with QA and testing + Documenting and communicating release cycle to stakeholders + Tracking and communicating work status via a standardised approach + 3+ years of professional experience in Build, Release and Deployment Management + Strong experience and understanding of the CI/CD pipeline: + Version Control Systems (Git) and key concepts such as branching, merging and tagging code + Automated build/compile solutions (VSTS, Jenkins etc) + Deployment software (Octopus Deploy, TeamCity, Bamboo) + Experience with .Net applications, MS Windows Server environments and SQL Server + Good OO programming fundamentals (Java, C#. Python, Scala etc) + Hands on experience with scripting languages (Powershell etc) + A track record of helping devise robust UI tests (Selenium etc) + Ability to write clear technical documentation + Experience working with a standard ticketing system, such as Jira/Confluence + The following attributes are desirable: + Knowledge of financial markets + Experience with Cloud computing, specifically AWS ID: 2019-2865 External Company Name: Institutional Shareholder Services Inc External Company URL: www.issgovernance.com Street: 1 London Bridge
