A permanent job has arisen for a Catering Manager based near Dartford, Kent DA1. Working M-F 8am-4.30pm based in a healthcare environment. Salary offered for the Catering Manage r is up to £25k + Benefits. JOB DUTIES The Catering Manager will manage all catering operations including up to 18 staff The Catering Manager will provide shift cover in the absence of the chef. The Catering Manager will ensure the delivery of catering services are in line with statutory compliance and within budget. The Catering Manager will be responsible for stock control and ensure no unnecessary waste. The Catering Manager will manage the staff rota and timesheets. The Catering Manager will ensure standards of cleanliness are maintained in food preparation. JOB REQUIREMENTS The ideal Catering Manager will have worked as a Catering Manager, Catering Supervisor, F&B Supervisor or Kitchen Manager and will have knowledge of menu development and food and hygiene certification. JOB OFFER The Catering Manager job will be paying up to 25k per annum M-F 8am-4.30pm Uniform provided 28 days holiday Pension scheme Career progression.
