Blade Recruitment is currently recruiting a job for a Maintenance Engineer for a Healthcare provider based near Colchester, Essex CO4. The Maintenance Engineer job is permanent, paying up to £32k per annum, working 37.5hrs per week + excellent benefits offered. JOB DUTIES The Maintenance Engineer job will involve the following The Maintenance Engineer will carry out preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance within the building. The Maintenance Engineer will carry out basic electrical installations, fault finding and PAT testing. The Maintenance Engineer will attend to the maintenance repairs of heating systems and plumbing. JOB REQUIREMENTS The Maintenance Engineer will hold qualifications in a building services discipline, preferably in an electrical trade. The Maintenance Engineer essentially worked in a previous role in facilities or healthcare environment as a Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Electrician, Mechanical Maintenance Engineer or Maintenance Plumber. The Maintenance Engineer will be required to hold a full clean driving licence. The Maintenance Engineer will be well presented & have excellent communication skills.
