Job available for a Maintenance Assistant to work in a luxurious hotel based near Basingstoke, Hampshire RG21. The Maintenance Assistant job is paying up to £20k per annum, working Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:30pm + benefits. JOB DUTIES The Maintenance Assistant job will involve the following The Maintenance Assistant will carry out basic maintenance within the hotel.. The Maintenance Assistant will carry out basic electrical and plumbing works. The Maintenance Assistant will also attend to all fault logs for building services & general building maintenance . The Maintenance Assistant will respond to breakdowns, diagnosing faults and repairing equipment. JOB REQUIREMENTS Ideally the Maintenance Assistant will have previous job experience working as a Maintenance Handyman, Shift Maintenance Assistant , Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance Technician or Fabric Maintenance Engineer in a hotel environment. The Maintenance Assistant must be well presented and have excellent communication skills. JOB LOCATION The Maintenance Assistant Job is based near Basingstoke, Hampshire RG21 5AH.
