Job Description
Our client, a leading facilities and maintenance services provider is looking for an Electrician to work mobile around SE, East London and South Coast areas carrying out e lectrical maintenance works to commercial buildings. The Electrician will be working 40hrs pw, M-F 8am-5pm. The Electrician is required for an immediate start, temp to perm job paying up to £18.50 per hour + van provided. JOB DUTIES The Electrician job will involve the following The Electrician will carry out planned maintenance and reactive maintenance to plant and equipment. The Electrician will carry out service and repair various electrical equipment. The Electrician will carry out regular inspections of fixed wiring installations and distribution boards. The Electrician will carry out some electrical installations as required. The Electrician will ensure all work carried out in accordance with the health & safety regulations. The Electrician will carry out fault finding on electrical equipment. JOB REQUIREMENTS Preferred Electrician will hold electrical trade qualifications and ideally the Electrician will have previous job experience working in a commercial environment. The preferred Electrician will be someone who has worked as an Electrical Technician, Maintenance Electrician , Mobile Electrician or Electrical Engineer. The Electrician will be well presented & have excellent communication skills. The Electrician will hold a full clean driving licence.
