The business is seeking an individual with experience that includes all aspects of process development and execution with strong communication and organisational skills. As the QHSE Support Engineer you will be responsible for: ? Supporting the Head of QHSE & Business Improvement in the delivery of QHSE targets and KPI s. ? Responsible for the continued development / improvement of project related quality processes within the AE QMS. ? Operate in support of the business from a customer perspective. ? Support the development of audit & Improvement Programmes. ? Produce and discharge Quality Inspection Test Plans for Projects (inc Bids). ? Deliver QHSE support and advice to Projects (inc Bids). ? Take part in Bid, Project & Design reviews. ? Manages the application / use of non-conformance process to closure ? Lead / support project improvement activity (i.e. Audit findings, QHSE related performance issues). ? Conduct inspections and liaising with suppliers. ? Support the completion of internal & external Auditing program Essential Skills: ? 5 years project experience, including major Cap Ex projects, including all aspects of process development and execution ? Experience of successful client facing interactions. ?Reacts to project amendments and changes promptly and efficiently. ? Good communicator with ability in selling the vision capable in reading communication styles of other team members and 3rd parties coming from a broad spectrum of disciplines ? Ability to communicate effectively and professionally and able to simplify information to distil and relate to others in written and verbal formats. Desirable Skills: ? Preferred HNC/HND/Degree in Engineering. ? Level 3 QHSE Qualification. ? Recognised auditor qualification ? Relevant industry qualification / internal certificate gained relating to the off shore environment. ? Experience of offshore structures, drilling and subsea equipment. ? Operating in an off shore environment. Travel will be required from time to time which will cover the UK and overseas.
