Job Description
Java Engineer sought to join a well-funded FinTech startup in central London. We are revolutionising the finance sector with our groundbreaking API platform which allows financial enterprises to connect effortlessly to Banks by a single API. After raising a sizeable round of funding we are now looking to grow the IT teams across the board with multiple positions available. The role will see you joining a team of experienced developers to maintain and build sample open-source API code of the client's development teams to use which will consume data from multiple sources. So what do you need to be successful? The platform is built on Java, Spring Boot and Hibernate so you will need to display strong Java experience building large scale platforms and API connections. Candidates with experience using DevOps tools and practices such as Docker, Kubernetes and Cloud exposure (AWS or Google Cloud) will be strongly encouraged to apply as this will help your application to the top of the pile. Experience working with web services, XML, JSON and Apache services will also increase your chances.
