Job Description

A long-established and growing family-owned business is seeking an experienced Customer Service executive. The business is currently experiencing rapid growth, operationally excellent and enjoys great customer loyalty. You will be responsible for providing top customer care for clients, dealing with daily requests that come in via phone and email. Requirements * Maintain and improve the customer experience when dealing with clients. * Deal with all inbound calls and emails received from clients. * Provide pricing and quotes for customers as and when required. * Deal with customer complaints. * Respond to specific customer queries in a timely manner. * Utilise the telephone and electronic communication methods including email and video to regularly communicate with customers. * Keep customers updated with progress on any non resolved queries * Act as the liaison between customers and suppliers. In order to be considered for the role, you must hold the below personal attributes: * Strong communication skills - both verbal & Written * Confident speaking on the telephone * Dedicated in providing quality customer service * Able to work under a high degree of pressure * Proficient in Microsoft packages including word, outlook and excel * Happy to work within a diverse role Benefits * Salary between 20,000 - 25,000 per annum DOE * Pension * Free on-site parking facilities * Career progression available
