The iconic Metropolitan is looking for a chef de partie who wants to deliver high standard freshly cooked food. Our Chefs are the heart and soul of our Kitchen and we pride ourselves on providing the very best food trainers to ensure development and that standards are met all we ask for you is a willingness to learn and a can do attitude. Requirements * Proven cooking experience with fresh food production and service. * Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures. * Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks. * Familiar with industrys best practices & regulations.
