Deputy Manager, Adults Service - Fareham Area - £19,578 plus excellent benefits My client is one of the largest Healthcare providers in the country and prides itself on person centred care and meeting the needs of all their service users. We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join our warm and friendly team in Fareham. This is a 7 bed service, that focuses on care for Adults with Autism, Leaning Disability, Autism and communication needs. We have specifically adapted the service to meet the needs of the much-loved service users. It is situated beautiful surroundings and has excellent transport links so getting to and from work is easy. You will use your skills and knowledge to lead the shift and motivate the staff team as well as being involved in the rotas. You will work closely with the Manager and will assist with all CQC inspections and will take the lead in the Managers absence. The shifts are all days and can be 7:45am - 2:45 or 2:45 - 10pm and the role is full time (39hrs). There are no waking nights for the Deputy and in the Managers absence, you will do core hour shifts.
