Are you looking for a Fixed Term Contract to start in January ? Do you have experience in Purchase Ledger within the Construction Industry ? We have a client based just outside of Dorchester, currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Assistant Main duties of the post: To assist in managing the sub-contractor and purchase ledger for the company to ensure timely, accurate payment of suppliers. This will include Preparation of invoices, Invoice matching and imputing onto finance database. Liaising with other departments and suppliers to revolve invoicing queries. Preparation of invoices to sub-contractors via cheque and BACs. To ensure that all financial documentation relating to ledgers are filed. To assist with the company’s cash flow by paying suppliers according to urgency. Payroll. VAT Legislation. This is a full time role, working 9am to 5pm Monday Friday.
