They are a young but well renowned organisation and can offer a Software Security Engineer an exciting opportunity to be a pinnacle part of their adventure as an organisation What you’ll be responsible for…. Reporting into the CTO, you will be responsible for being our clients Security expert. We are looking for an individual who is excited to talk about software security and wants to share their knowledge of best practices and implementing them across the organisation. You will be responsible for working with Engineering teams to help design, build and test secure software, whilst helping our client be prepared for to stay on top of the latest security threats What you’ve got… Strong experience working within the Software Security market and are passionate about implementing the best Security practices. A strong understanding of security vulnerabilities, attacker exploit techniques and methods for remediation. Experience in security designing, building or tested web and API-based architectures. The ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience. A background in software development and experience working in a software development team. Being able to work with Engineering teams to show them new ideas or best practices instead of just telling them. Demonstrated experience in areas such as system security, network, and/or application security experience. A background with scripting skills in Java, but would also consider other languages such as Python, C, C++ etc… Ready to apply?
