This is a fantastic opportunity for a Deputy Manager of any specialism (RGN, RMN or RNLD) to work for a leading healthcare provider in one of their beautiful nursing homes in Preston. The service provides nursing and social care to elderly residents and residents with dementia. This versatile nursing home also cares for a range of conditions including Huntington's Disease, Motor Neurone Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, hearing and speech impairments. The Home Manager is looking for a passionate and motivated Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN. RNLD) to join their friendly team of staff. Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Deputy Manager of any specialism (RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. Nurses must have good communication skills, a hard-working nature and the willingness to get stuck in. Previous leaderships experience is essential for this position.
