Japanese Customer Service Support Are you looking for a new challenge? Are you fluent in Japanese and English and enjoy dealing with people and being part of a team? I am currently recruiting for a successful gambling company. They are looking for fluent German speakers to join their customer service team. Experience in Customer service is required. What you are going to do: Answer chats and emails to customers accurately Provide excellent customer service in an expedient manner Identify, research, and resolve customer issues.
