Job Title: Spanish Speaker / 1st Line Support / Help desk / Service Desk / Technical Support The company: My client is a large US based company that offers a mobile protection app . They are looking to break into the UK market right now; you could be one of the first to join the UK team which would give you great career prospects within the company. They offer free, basic and premium insurance. The app has many features such as remote wiping of all data, tracking so you can find your phone when it runs out of battery, encryption and all aspects of insurance i.e. liquid damage, theft etc. The Role: On a day to day basis you will be looking after a team which interacts with customers by phone, email and live chat . Your team (and you) will be answering questions about the application such as: what it is capable of, how do I do this and why can’t I do this. You will be looking after customers from Mexico as well as the US so impeccable Spanish and English is required to ensure smooth communication Requirements: We are looking for someone with experience providing technical support by phone Native Spanish speaker and fluent English Genuine curiosity for technology Willing to proactively take on new roles with enthusiasm Willing to work late shifts from 2 pm till 11 pm Monday to Friday Salary: up to £27 000 Location: Farnborough
