Your new role This unique opportunity will allow you to lead the design and build of front-end components across various digital products. Building on this, you will also be trusted to lead the technical design and thinking across the whole of the digital team. Furthermore, you will have international outreach through the development of good working relationships with colleagues working for the charity in several other countries, namely Australia. Your new role will allow you to attend numerous networking events in order to enhance the charity's profile within the local technical arena. Finally, you will be given the opportunity to further develop your leadership skills by building, managing and mentoring a team as you move through the role,. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed in this role you will need previous experience developing technical solutions in a collaborative team environment whilst working to tight deadlines. You will also have knowledge of cross platform web development (HTML, CSS, SASS) coupled with excellent Javascript skills including experience of Angular and an excellent understanding of user centred design principles. Finally, experience of delivering large user focused websites using Agile and Lean methodologies is advantageous.
