This well-established PR agency is seeking a Finance Admin for their fast paced Accounts team based in West London. As a Finance Administrator you will be responsible for all the administration for the team and support the Financial Director on all matters. Responsibilities include: • Daily inputting of invoices on SAGE • Recording remittance advice • Responding to account queries and supplying copy invoices on request • Raising Purchase Order Numbers • Investigating missing invoices and value discrepancies • Creating daily reports on business activity for IT • Loading data onto the internal database daily Processing weekly payroll Raising invoices • Ad –hoc duties The candidate: • Organised and resourceful • Enthusiastic with a strong work ethic • Focused in a fast paced environment • Flexible with tasks and be very hands on • Outstanding organisational skills Good numeracy skills This is initially a temporary role for an immediately available candidate with the potential to go permanent.
