Financial Analyst / Workforce Planner

The duties of this position would focus on the site workload planning for assigned entities under the supervision of a team lead. The role involves analysis of history and forecasting future plans. The analyst will have essential input to the monthly reporting process and be able to present information to management and team leads. There will be a great deal of use of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel spreadsheets, as well as other financial systems (i.e. SAP). Knowledge - Frequent use and general knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards. Problem Solving - Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Discretion/Latitude - Plans, schedules and arranges their activities to accomplish targets/goals. Impact - Contributes to the completion of organisational projects and goals by performing tasks.
