Overview
Product Engineer, Cornwall, Newquay, Manufacturing, Engineering Acorn are working in a recruitment partnership with a global science and engineering company that produce hi-tech filtration, separation and purification systems which are used by hospitals, laboratories, airlines and municipal water suppliers all around the world. We are currently looking for a Product Engineer to support all VAVE and Engineered Products (EPMS) for growth, as well as supporting NPD projects. The product engineer will be responsible for continuous improvement, product transfer, capacity analysis and capital equipment projects. Responsibilities of the Product Engineer include: Maintain production by supporting new products, processes, transfers and existing production. Resolving quality and supplier issues Ensuring efficient budget management Direct, communicate and handle projects including but not limited to design, engineering and analysis of product, problem, processes, test and test start-ups To be a part of new product introduction/development and other site projects where applicable Required Experience: Experience within a medium/high volume Medical, Pharmaceutical or Automotive industry. Significant engineering technical expertise used in creating, documenting, developing and managing projects.
