Overview
IT Environments Manager - £700 a day Inside of IR35 - 3 Month Contract Your new company Public sector organisation based in Brighton. The contract is an initial 3 months (working remotely) but will most likely be extended. Travel to Brighton will be necessary if extended. You will report into the Head of IT delivery. Your new role Your new role as an IT environment manager will entail the following: Reviewing existing environments and documenting the state Developing the environments management plan Work closely with DevOps on the environment provision and automation Matrix management You will be responsible for managing the environments and developing them to drive change within the organisation. You will implement best standard practices and influence teams to adapt these approaches. What you'll need to succeed It is essential you have previous experience working as an IT Environment Manager (hands on). Change and release management experience for applications in an Agile and Waterfall environment. You will also need experience in looking after environmental defects and incident management.
