Overview
Our Client requires a Sales Office Administrator to provide support to the Sales element of the business, which will include dealing with all aspects of order processing and sales support. This is a varied role, that involves: processing sales orders maintaining records on the CRM producing quotations dealing with sales enquiries via phone and email Liaising with export carriers and completing relevant documentation Liaising with all internal departments We are keen to speak with interested applicants who are competent users of MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) and who have a working knowledge of SAP. Appplicants with a knowledge of export, IPR & customs procedures are of particular interest. Due to the location of the offices, applicants must have own transport. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday, permanant role.
