Supply Chain Administrator

Our client, a leading Yorkshire company, are recruiting a Supply Chain Administrator. This is a very important role for the team and is highly regarded by the leadership team. In the role you will provide administrative support to the Supply Chain function, liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders to help the team drive improvements through the Supply Chain network to meet the needs of the customer. Responsibilities: - Ensure suppliers are dealt with professionally and effectively to promote a positive, collaborative, impression. - Manage the schedule and accurate record the supplier review meetings, across a small Supply Chain team. - Understand the requirements of supplier reviews. - Ensure systems are up to date and distribute information where necessary. - Oversee any supplier queries or escalations, co-ordinating through to completion or escalating to line management if required. - Fully understand the supplier KPI dashboard to help suppliers maximise account optimisation. - Ensure supplier appraisal records are complete, concise and accurate. - Carry-out smaller supplier review meetings on site, and improve customer service levels.
