Overview
Company Commercial Solicitor - Dorset Company Commercial Solicitor required for long established law firm that services the whole of Dorset. The firm has an established department within Company Commercial and clients across a range of sectors including SME's, retailers, hoteliers and manufacturing companies. The team provide a range of services including: T&C's, company disposals, acquisitions and mergers and commercial contracts shareholder agreements and advice on a range of company matters. The role will involve managing a caseload and developing this further with a proactive approach to business development and marketing. The role would suit a Solicitor or FILEx that is used to managing their own files with the support of a secretary and keen to develop the business further and can include corporate law work as well. Excellent salary on offer to the right person with career progression and partnership possibilities.
