Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Coordinator to assist with the general sales admin and tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office. The Role: Providing administrative cover for the Head of Key accounts and Managing Director as well as general office co-ordination. Work with the Head of Key accounts to provide Administrative support for them and their client portfolio Creating sales orders and sending out samples. Complete filing, answer the phones and follow up deliveries. Provide PA support to the Managing Director, including arranging meetings, booking travel, maintaining company policies. Ensure timely and accurate completion of client related administrative tasks for the Head of Key Accounts Develop a good understanding of Orderwise and be responsible for maintaining customer records and developing our CRM Take the lead on answering inbound calls to the office, be first port of call for inbound deliveries and be responsible for liaising with our IT support company when necessary on faults and queries. The Candidate: Energy, enthusiasm, innovation and drive Able to build and maintain effective and productive relationships with staff, suppliers and all stakeholders. Able to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks and achieve targets. Able to work well under pressure and handle emergency and stressful situations. Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
